Giving Thanks

From someone with more blessings than she can count, even when those blessings make me want to stick a fork in my eye, I’d like to give thanks.
I’m thankful for an ever patient, caring husband who rarely loses his sense of humour even when things get hairy.
I’m thankful for super healthy, happy children.
I’m thankful for the comfort of a wonderful place to call home.
I’m thankful for the cupboard full of craft stuff I call my own.
I’m thankful that my children have never known how it feels to be truly hungry, cold or desperate.
I’m thankful for the information at my fingertips if ever I wonder about something – or am asked a difficult question.

I could probably go on a while yet, but you get the idea.

I know I’m not American, but I am a global citizen y’all.
