Easter with a dump truck

Brodie’s Granny and Granda have been on holiday and we are so pleased to have them home. They brought with them a dump truck for the boy. He has literally played with it every waking second of the last few days. We took it to a nice park with a huge sandpit today and the boy happily played for an hour and a half. He was not interested in any other park stuff – swings, roundabout or anything else. Just sand and diggers and his dump truck.
Also I had dressed Brodie in what I believed to be an appropriately ‘spring’ outfit and I think he looked awesome. We got some funny looks today though so maybe it’s back to joggers and long sleeved t shirts for a month or so yet:)
