Bute is a tiny island with a plethora of beautiful beaches, some sheltered and some exposed, some rocky but all dramatic. No matter which beach we travelled to Grier was in the water before we knew it. Her alter ego is SeaGirl after all.
Looking back to these days seems like so long ago even though it was only a few weeks. It makes me so glad we decided to go for it even in an uncertain world. The magic of the sea, sandy toes, games on the beach, a soft bed to fall into at the end of a busy day. That’ll do nicely.
